A Trade Show with Room for Your Product Range
Copenhagen Gem & Mineral Show bring together exhibitors offering rocks, minerals, fossils, gemstones, crystals, jewellery and related products. Visitors can explore the products up close and speak directly with the people who know them best.
As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to showcase new arrivals and build relationships with customers and fellow exhibitors. Please describe your product range when registering so we have the information needed to review your booking and allocate a suitable stand location.
Book Your Table Stand
Choose the stand size that best suits your product range. Current prices and available options are shown in the booking section below.
Table stands: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 metres.
Your registration will be reviewed by the organiser. You will receive an approval and a payment link. Confirmation are subject to the booking terms and conditions – Registering is binding 14 days after approval.
Practical Information for Exhibitors
Access and Arrival
Address: Rødovrehallen, Rødovreparkvej 425, 2610 Rødovre, Denmark.
Exhibitor Entrance: Loading doors in Halls 1, 3 & 4.
Unloading: At the above-mentioned doors. Unloading only – no parking.
Parking: During the show, exhibitors must park around the circular grass area behind (on the side) the hall.
Set-Up
Set-up Times: Friday, 10 September, 12:00–23:00 and Saturday, 11 September, 07:30–09:45.
Stands Must Be Ready: Saturday, 11 September, by 09:45.
Stand Facilities: Tables will be set up before your arrival. Chairs can be collected from the chair racks located in the aisles.
Electricity: Power connections are available within 10 metres of every stand. Electricity is included in the stand price. Please remember to bring extension cables and power strips.
During the Show
Opening Hours for Visitors: Saturday 10:00–18:00 and Sunday 10:00–17:00.
Exhibitor Access: Saturday from 07:30 and Sunday from 08:30.
Catering: Exhibitors can pre-order food and refreshments from the café [LINK].
On-Site Assistance: Please visit Stand 01, located by the white pavilion.
Dismantling and Departure
Dismantling Begins: Sunday, 12 September, at 17:00.
Venue Must Be Cleared: Sunday, 12 September, by 22:00.
Collection and Loading: Please dismantle and pack up your stand before bringing your vehicle to a loading door.
Waste and Cleaning: ALL waste must be disposed of in the large container outside the loading door at the far end of the hall.
